The Voice of General Aviation for Arizona

The Arizona Pilots Association is a totally not for profit 501(c)3 organization. We have no paid officers, directors or staff. Our officers, board of directors and our staff volunteer their time, talents and energy to the organization and to you, the pilots of Arizona. The reason we exist and the reason we have dedicated ourselves to the Association is outlined on the HOME page of this website.

If you don't have the time or the energy to be an active member, helping us to protected our airports and airspace, there are still ways you can participate in our success:

BECOME A MEMBER OF APA When you Join APA your dues help with the postage stamps and administrative supplies that keep us going. In addition, as a member you receive the Americas Flyways magazine. More importantly, however, your membership adds to our numbers. The more Arizona pilots we have in our membership, the more strength we have when discussing aviation matters with state officials and the FAA.

WE NEED YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT Your donation to the Arizona Pilots Association will help us in our fight to save Arizona airports. APA is currently raising money through donations to reopen and support the Tuweep Airport. There are proposed Bills in the Legislature to give the State authority to close other airports without notice. It's going to take money to help fight these proposals.
