    Flights for Life

On a non-emergency basis, FFL provides round-trip air transportation for needy individuals who must travel from their residence to another location for treatment. FFL provides transportation without regard to financial need if the individual is unable to travel by any other means. Also on a non-emergency basis, FFL provides transportation for human blood, tissue and organs.  Members of FFL volunteer their airplane, their time and their piloting skills without compensation and  all FFL services are provided free of charge.  More info....     Deer Valley Pilot Association

Deer Valley Pilot Association (DVPA) becames a new chapter of the Arizona Pilots Association(APA) in November 2003. They are a growing organization representing the tenants and pilots at Deer Valley airport. They represent a diverse mix of general, experimental and warbird segments of the aviation community. The airport is the busiest general aviation airport(GA) in Arizona plus being the 2nd busiest GA airport in the nation.  More info....Ed Chauza  , 480-854-8808

 

    Breakfast Club  --" The Breakfast Club is a flying organization in the greater Phoenix area that joins together monthly for a Saturday morning flyin to breakfast. As their Webpage states it is "a group of just "plane" people that enjoy aviation, purely for the fun of it." They have a monthly  newsletter appropriately called "The Knife and Fork".
